Regent Street – I like how this construction peels back the underbelly of London. Makes me wonder why architects don’t build more ‘underground’ buildings. Imagine if they used this space below road-level for offices etc. Devise a way of getting natural light into the rooms, and make the street-level a park for the local offices and residential buildings. Can’t be that hard, surely? Maybe that like all designers, architects like to see their ‘creations’…
